Packages are divided into 3 basic groups. These are based on what is most popular among clients, but all packages can be modified to fit the needs of your event. Please contact for pricing.
Package 1: Full Coordinaton Full coordination and design services for event. Enjoy your event stress free and let Allora Occaions take care of everything. All vendors and services will be booked by Allora Occasions based on preferences of the host(ess). Event budget will be alloted and dispersed by Allora Occasions upon approval from host(ess). Confirmation of vendors prior to event, design of event, set up, coordination during event and clean up after event will all be handled by Allora Occasions.
Package 2: Partial Coordination Partial coordination and design services for event. This is a blend of the two packages. This is great for brides/host(ess) that want to be an active part in planning the event, but would like Allora Occasions to execute this. Allora Occasions will set up and attend all appointments requested by the host(ess) and help to faciliate booking. Confirmation of vendors prior to event, assist with design of event, set up, coordination during the event, and assist your crew with clean up will all be handled by Allora Occasions.
Package 3: Day Of Coordination Day of coordination and design services for event. Confirmation of vendors prior to event, design of event based on host(ess) wishes, set up, coordination during event and assist your crew clean up after event will all be handled by Allora Occasions. |
